Here is a video about a lesson I learned a long time ago from my mentor Joe Schroeder.
Because of this lesson I avoided many of the mistakes that people make in building their home businesses.
The first step is to DECIDE what you want your business to look like in the end
(Start with the end in mind-Stephen Covey)
Then…look for people who have done what you want to do and look for the “leading indicators”
to their success.
Watch the video to understand what that means and then once you have TRULY consider who
you are studying and who you are taking direction from.
Does the business that your mentor has reflect the business that you want to have?
In many cases once you “get” this concept you will adjust your course.
For me…
I wanted multiple residual incomes and a strong following that trusted me and I was willing to
do the work and bide my time to get it knowing that in the end I would be SECURE as
opposed to riding the roller coaster that most people in the industry ride.
I wanted stability… a name…a reputation and a LEGACY to leave behind.
So I looked for the LEADING INDICATORS of those who had exactly that.

If you can STUDY a process and break it down…you can CONQUER IT.
