I know I tend to wander also
I have to be very focused. I do best in the morning (for one thing it is quiet, and too much noise is distracting) I am getting really consistent of part of that list:
1- meet 10-20 people (not consistent needs improvement)
2- database use to keep in touch (add via optin) – needs improvement
3 – communicate daily via e-mail – very consistent
4 – content daily – getting very consistent
5 – presentations to company / offers – needs improvement
6 – work time zones – great idea, used to do that but I will implement
7 – don’t go to bed til done, yes that one is really a must!
